YOUR ROLE  

As the Internal Communications Manager you play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring effective communication within an organization. You work closely with your colleagues in the communications function, with division and function heads in developing and implementing communication strategies and plans supporting the company’s goals and values. 

Overall responsibilities 

  • Enhance and develop our internal communications framework, strategy and approach to enhance employee engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the function and division heads on best practices in internal communications.
  • Support corporate change projects with internal communications advise and activities.
  • Collaborate with function and division heads to develop and implement tailored communications plans and activities in matters such as strategic initiatives, changes, business performance, ensuring alignment with our strategy and a consistent communication structure.
  • Create materials and guidelines to support leadership communications, including global leadership calls and management meetings.
  • Manage internal communications projects and contribute to major company events like leadership conferences.

Also, part of your mission: 

  • Coaching and supporting senior leaders to be successful in their respective communication efforts.
  • Craft clear and compelling messages for various channels.
  • Produce internal news pieces and success stories.
  • Produce presentations and films for internal purposes.

  • A deep understanding of employee perspectives, helping you foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

LOCATION 

This is permanent position with 40 hours/week, located at our Solna office.
