Björn Axén – Retail & Supply Coordinator
About the Role:
Do you want to be part of driving the growth of one of Sweden’s fastest growing beauty brands? As a Retail & Supply Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our Retail team.
At Björn Axén, we’re now looking for an engaged and structured Retail & Supply Coordinator -a vital position for someone who enjoys combining a commercial mindset, administrativetasks and relationship-building. This is a broad and varied role where you’ll work closely withthe Retail Director, Key Account Managers, Marketing and the Supply Manager – and whereyour contributions will make a real impact every day.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Manage product and master data, including product registration.
- Coordinate campaigns in collaboration with Key Account Managers and the Marketing team.
- Coordinating trainings and events across all markets.
- Distribute product samples and sales materials from the sales department.
- Support the Retail Director, Key Account Managers, and Project Managers with reports, administrative tasks and development projects.
- Participate in product development meetings and internal team forums.
- Actively manage order processing and logistics in close collaboration with the Supply Manager.

Candidate Profile:
- Curious, structured, detail-oriented and proactive – you enjoy staying organized, taking responsibility and working towards clear deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills and experience in similar roles within retail, supply chain or sales is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Solution-oriented and driven by finding efficient ways of working.
Professional Experience:
- Approximately 1-3 years of work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience working with business systems such as Visma Business or similar.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in both Swedish and English. Other languages are a plus.
