If you are a business-minded and proactive person with a broad experience in shopper insights and related areas, such as market research, methods and analysis, in an international context, you might be Paulig next Shopper Insights Manager and we want to meet you.
In this role as Shopper Insights Manager, you will combine research, data analysis for consumer and shopper understanding enabling informed decisions across product development, category management, and marketing initiatives that maximize sales. Act as an area of excellence linked to research techniques, methodology and KPI definition for shopper insights.

You will be based either in Mölndal or Helsinki and report to Human Insight Director and be part of a great team. You will also communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and empower them to grow.
