Revenue Growth Manager to Paulig

Paulig are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to help them further building the future of food and beverages. We are looking for a proactive and strategic business-minded person from FMCG with strong analytical skills and a passion for taste and food. About the position

In this roleA as Revenue Growth Manager you will have the opportunity to work with revenue growth management analysis in the Branded Business Area, with the aim of identifying, assessing, and proposing growth opportunities, alongside improving profitability by conducting thorough evaluations across markets, channels, brands, categories, and portfolios.

You will work in a fast-paced environment together with experienced and driven colleagues- and together you are having a major impact on future company initiatives. You will work in an agile and needs-based role where learning and creativity is part of everyday at work!

What you will do:

  • Through a data driven approach you find new growth opportunities and deliver a suggested solid plan on how to put the in to action.
  • Develop revenue growth strategies by utilizing existing markets, exploring new ones, and refining pricing approaches to enhance product portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Create standardized methods and tools for revenue growth management to ensure a unified approach across all markets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to support on optimal product pricing
  • Evaluate product performance, providing insights for the optimization of the product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle
  • Collaborate across functions to devise tactics that boost revenue
  • Employs data analytics to monitor and predict market opportunities, sales trends, and category success
  • Gathers ongoing feedback and market intelligence to inform product development, sales, and category strategies
  • Delivers jointly with the local business controller and pricing excellence manager the annual commercial recommendations, including assortment, price changes, and promotional mechanic adjustments
  • Provides training and partners with commercial teams
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners to align market needs with revenue growth initiatives

You will be based in Mölndal or Solna, Sweden and report to the Head of Revenue Growth Management and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe. Some travelling will be required, approx. 3 days/ month depending on needs.

Your profile

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue growth management or finance roles in an international environment
  • Previous experience from FMCG
  • Strong strategic and tactical business understanding and skilled in structured and pragmatic problem-solving
  • Strong analytical skills that you use to make recommendations. You see importance in making fact based recommendations and decisions.
  • Strong in taking initiatives and driving the revenue growth agenda forward
  • Preferably holds a university degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities – not afraid to challenge or challenge others in a constructive way
  • Fluent in English (Swedish or Finnish is a bonus!)
