Randstad söker Brand Marketing Specialist till Continental Däck


Finnish speaking Brand Marketing Specialist in Göteborg or Helsinki!

We might not sell the world’s most sexy product (tires), but we sell safety, and that is important! Along with the Nordic Marketing team you will have a key position in taking Continental to the next step in our branding of one of the mest well-known brands in the world. 

We are currently seeking a motivated Finnish speaking Brand Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant new Nordic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive market research to comprehend consumer behavior, needs, and preferences in the Nordic markets.
  • Crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to connect with and captivate our target audience(s).
  • Collaborating with external vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals.
  • Analyzing and assessing the performance and impact of marketing activities, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing.

About You

You are a go-getter, a team player, responsible, a creative soul, outgoing, and social. Your educational background is complemented by a robust skill set, including effective communication, creative thinking, and expertise in brand marketing. While we don’t expect you to be an expert in every aspect, we value your enthusiasm, ambition, and willingness to embrace opportunities.

Ideally, you bring 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a penchant for infectious enthusiasm, appreciation for high-fives, and a keen eye for opportunities. You are passionate about B2C marketing and thrive on achieving ambitious results with your colleagues. Proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (DK, SE, NO) and business/native language skills in Finnish are essential.

As our corporate language is English, a high level of proficiency in English is also required. In our day-today operations, we primarily communicate in the Nordic languages.

Who are we?

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand and consumer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, as well as Business/Native Finnish.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Knowledge of persona definition, customer journey mapping, marketing mix, and digital megatrends.
  • B2C marketing experience is a must.
